The sixteenth release on the Moll-Selekta label shares its title with a wonderful film, a heartwarming homage to the golden age of rocksteady. It documents the recordings being made for this very album at the Tuff Gong Studios, Kingston, Jamaica in April 2008, telling the story of the original vocalists and musicians involved. Excerpts from an all star reunion concert staged in Kingston and older archive material complete the picture. Never before in the history of Jamaica, which already occupies a unique place on the world map of song, its sound embraced by western popular music, has such an illustrious collection of singers and players been assembled.

Reggae Lovers' most favored event will take place from the 19th of July.
- REGGAE SUMFEST 2009 WILL BE DEDICATED TO MICHAEL JACKSON
- Singers Toni Braxton and Neyo are among the top performers added to `the world's greatest showcase of reggae music,` Reggae Sumfest promoters revealed at a packed New York launch last night.
- Music lovers will be treated to a special performance come Saturday, July 25, when both reggae royalty Damian ‘Jnr Gong' Marley and rap luminary Nas take the stage together for International Night II at Reggae Sumfest.
- R&B sensation Jazmine Sullivan will be rocking the Sumfest stage come Friday, July 24 when Summerfest Productions takes over Catherine Hall in Montego Bay for the 17th staging of the ‘Greatest Reggae Show on Earth’, Reggae Sumfest.

Hornsman Coyote comes from Belgrade, Serbia. Coming from a family with an artistic background, he has been active on the Serbian reggae scene since he was very young. In 1994 he formed Eyesburn, a legendary crossover band that toured the whole of Europe and released 7 reggae albums in Serbia. In 2004 Eyesburn collaborated with Max Cavalera (Soulfly), which resulted with the hit single "Moses” and a European tour supporting Soulfly. This collaboration was continued with the next Soulfly album „Dark Ages” and the song "Inner Spirit”. Coyote was a special guest at the "Dark Ages” European tour.

The Major Riddim

The Vibrant, new Caribbean music riddim has been unleashed to music fans globally, displaying the talents of dynamic artistes representing different islands in the region.

The producer of the riddim is Tony "The Mad Architect" Brown of Mad Architect Music who although currently based in New York, has strong Caribbean roots due to his upbringing in Trinidad. He states that the genesis of the riddim’s name was his casually playing keyboard notes in the Key of C Major, hence the name Major Riddim. This created the basis for this groundbreaking instrumental which uniquely combines elements of Soca and Dancehall music.

Reggae artist Julian Marley currently has the second most downloaded reggae album in America, but the album released this week, has yet to tick onto the Billboard charts.
His album Awake is number two on iTunes US reggae album charts. His father, reggae icon Bob Marley, is number one in that market and most other European iTunes markets.
